Links for Life 1-1 & Group Sessions

The Bunker are working with Sunderland City Council to offer support to vulnerable City residents who may be struggling with mental health issues. The successful project offers 1-1 and group music sessions, for local people who may support. The Bunker offers a place with a friendly atmosphere, a place to relax, listen to music, have a cuppa, meet people and have a go at a instrument.

Over 30 organisations across the city are delivering Links for Life activities to residents accross Sunderland.

Activities at The Bunker include:

Weekly Singing Groups
Adult Music Group
Karaoke Sessions
1-1 Lessons in guitar, bass, ukulele, drums, piano, singing or music technology.

These activities are part funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and are designed to help improve health and wellbeing.
